Refund Policy

1. Taxi & Transportation Services

~ Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

~ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount.

~ No-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

~ If a guest is delayed because of a flight , cruise, or other transportation issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine whether the reservation can be adjusted.

2. Tours & Excursions

~ Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund.

~ Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the tour may receive a 50% refund.

~ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows are  non-refundable.

3. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

If Island Girl Taxi and Tours cancels a tour because of unsafe weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or another circumstance outside our control, customers may choose between:

~ A full refund, or

~ Rescheduling the service for another available date.

4. Late Arrivals

Customers are responsible for arriving at the designated pickup location on time. Late arrival may result in a shortened service.

5. Refund Processing 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Changes to Reservations

Reservation changes are subject to availability. Please contact Island Girl 
Taxi & Tours as early as possible if you need to change your pickup time, tour date, number of passengers, or other booking details.
